Kyle is a native of Canton, Georgia, where he and his wife have raised their four children. He attended the University of Georgia for both his undergraduate and law degrees. Graduating in 1994, he began his career with a small firm in Canton handling a wide variety of legal matters, including real estate closings, zoning, and property related litigation. After a stint as general counsel to a large Atlanta closing firm, Kyle returned to real estate closings in 2004 and hasn’t looked back. Outside the office, Kyle enjoys hiking, kayaking, fishing, hunting, and cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs.
