Mike teamed up with Camille Brannon in 1998 to form what is today known as Campbell & Brannon. Mike has graciously served as a mentor to many attorneys and paralegals over the 50 years in which he has practiced. He is simply known as the man who always has an answer, and because of his knowledge, his practice is focused on all matters related to real estate.
Mike graduated from Vanderbilt University and Vanderbilt Law School and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1968. After graduating, he served three years in the Marine Corps as a trial defense counsel in California and Okinawa, Japan. Mike remained in the reserves and retired as a Lt. Colonel in 1989. He began practicing real estate law in 1972 and began his own firm in 1978. Twenty years later, he left life as a sole practitioner and joined forces with Camille Brannon, never looking back. Mike is attributed with laying the groundwork for the culture known as the “C&B Way.”
Mike is a founding member of the Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association and a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He served as President of GRECAA from 1992 to 1995 and on the Vanderbilt Law School Board of Advisors from 2008 to 2014. Mike has been a speaker and panelist at a number of seminars throughout his career.
Mike was born in Atlanta and currently lives in Sandy Springs with his wife since 1969, Minnie Bob. In his spare time, Mike enjoys fitness, reading, travel, and wine. Together, they enjoy spending time with their pups, siblings, nieces and nephews. Mike is also a past President of the Woodchase HOA and a former board member of the Performing Arts Center in Highlands, North Carolina.
